whey protein problems

I always say that it is not wise to trust in everything you can find on the internet. You have to understand that sometimes the advices given online are not based on any reasonable evidence, only on the observations of the person writing it. That is why sometimes we are able to find irrelevant information online. My advice is to double check everything we want to use in our life. Sometimes the results of such actions might be terrible. Few weeks ago I was thinking differently and I have even taken one advice online. I wanted to go to gym to get some exercises and build up my strength. I decided that it would be a good idea to take some supplements as well to boost up my organism. I asked about it online and got a reply that the best thing for me would be whey protein. Taking into consideration that I wanted to lose my weight not gain it - it was the worst choice. Unfortunately I had no knowledge in this field whatsoever and that is why I took it anyway. As you can imagine the results were the opposite of what I wanted to achieve. Due to the whey protein I gained a lot of weight and had to spend a lot of time to get rid of it later on. Now, you understand why I gave you this advice to not trust in online advices in 100%.
